What a pretty tart you are!

Pretty Tarts

Although I try not to judge books by their covers, and people by their looks, there are instances when I give in. We are all attracted by pretty things. Take these pretty tarts for example. Would you not buy them if you saw them in a window?

Okay, call me superficial, but pretty desserts entice me and I am usually glad that I have made some pretty good choices thus far. These tarts I came across while browsing Isetan Orchard supermarket last weekend were quite ravishing, especially the purple one.

Purple is my favourite colour you see. And yes they all tasted as beautiful as they looked.

I picked four flavours: Brown Sugar, Vanilla Salt, Purple Sweet Potato and Citrus.

The brown sugar tart had that sweet smokey taste that I adore. That was my favourite.

Not sure if those tarts are still available as it was sold by one of those temporary carts set up when there is a Japanese Fair, but give it a shot – these tarts are worth a shot.

Judge them by their looks, all you want – they’re that good; simple but lovely.

Hey, I can’t view your site properly within Opera, I actually hope you look into fixing this.
